Dietary fats mostly found in nuts and cooking oils made from olives and seeds and nuts contain good fats (dietary fats0 and can actually help reduce &#039;bad&#039; cholesterol levels. But even with the good fats moderation is the key, as you can still get to much of a good thing!</description>
